Roast Fish - Salmon, Dorado, Tuna, Barracuda, and Kingfish... Fish is excellent in our roast machines, always cooked to perfection. Large fish mentioned above or an array of trout served with mushroom stuffing, chopped parsley and lemon juice. Fish is versatile and can be roasted in many different ways.
