Terms and Conditions

All customers are shown a copy of our T's and C's to avoid any misunderstanding and meet expectations.

• Bookings are secured when the deposit is shown as cleared funds and remain provisional until that time
• Deposits are non refundable and if the event is cancelled without 14 days notice, then the remaining balance is also due
• Balance must be paid 7 days before the date of the event.
• No changes will be accepted without 10 days notice prior to the event unless provided in writing by a Director of GOGO'S Ltd
• Due to new legislation none of the staff at GOGO'S are permitted to operate in an environment that contains cigarette smoke.
• GOGO'S reserve all our rights to act accordingly against any type of abuse of our staff at an event. This means verbal or physical abuse. This might include instantaneous departure from the site.
• Any future bookings that are made with a period exceeding 3 months are linked to inflation and prices are adjusted accordingly, but, with your, (the customer's), prior consent.
• Your quotation is linked to current prices of diesel, meat and other supplies. Although GOGO's LTD do take inflation into consideration when quoting, (currently less than 5%), at any time inflation or supplier prices change to an amount of greater than 5%, it is hereby agreed in this contract/transaction, that our prices will increase accordingly.

• GOGO'S Ltd are not responsible or liable in any way for loss of power which might disrupt the cooking and serving time
• GOGO'S Ltd are not responsible for any cables or wires which cause any accident or injury to people or equipment
• GOGO'S Ltd do not accept any liability for any failure to provide our services due to an 'Act of God', circumstances beyond our control, (including electricity failure, flooding, water failure, animal sickness, (foot and mouth or Blue tongue etc), severe traffic congestion and any foul weather conditions.
